This past fall we had the honor of working on a short video project highlighting the Silicon Valley Out-of-School Time Collaborative. The Silicon Valley Out-of-School Time Collaborative is a collaborative of out-of-school-time nonprofits and funders convening over three years. They are supporting a cohort of organizations to develop and strengthen pathways — beyond the K-12 school day — for students from low-income families in Silicon Valley to improve their likelihood of succeeding in school and attending college. The collaborative will run from June 2010 to June 2013.
Thanks to the Packard Foundation, Sand Hill Foundtaion, Sobrato Family Foundation and SV2 for supporting this important effort.
